Multi-station bolt former machines, also known as automatic multi-station cold bolt formers, are high-efficiency, automated forging machines widely used in the fastener manufacturing industry. These specialized machine tools utilize cold forging technology to produce a wide variety of fasteners such as bolts, screws, rivets, and nuts with high precision and consistency.
By integrating multiple forming stations—typically ranging from 2 to 6 or more—the machine performs sequential operations like cutting, heading, shaping, and slotting in a continuous, automated cycle. Each station corresponds to a specific forming step, enabling the production of complex bolt geometries without the need for secondary machining.
We have three‑station (3 Die 3 Blow) and four‑station (4 Die 4 Blow) cold heading machines for bolts. Both are designed for high-volume, high-precision bolt production, with the 4-station variant offering enhanced capabilities for more complex, longer, or heavier fasteners—all with automated control and adaptable configurations.
3‑Station (3 Die 3 Blow) | 4‑Station (4 Die 4 Blow)
Sequence Steps | 3 forming blows | 4 forming blows |
Max Bolt Diameter | Up to ~10–12 mm | Up to ~12 mm |

Multi-station part former machines, also known as automatic multi-station cold part formers, special shaped parts forming machines, are advanced metal forming systems widely used in precision manufacturing industries. These machines utilize cold forging technology to produce a variety of complex metal components, such as bushings, pins, sleeves, and structural parts, with high efficiency and dimensional accuracy.
Featuring multiple forming stations (typically ranging from 3 to 7 or more), the machines perform sequential operations including cutting, upsetting, extrusion, piercing, and trimming in a single automated cycle. Each station handles a specific stage of the forming process, enabling the creation of intricate shapes and tight tolerances without the need for additional machining.
We offer six-station (6 Die 6 Blow) and seven-station (7 Die 7 Blow) part former machines specifically designed for high-speed, precision forming of complex metal components. Both models are optimized for mass production, with the seven-station machine offering enhanced versatility for manufacturing parts with intricate geometries or multi-step forming requirements. Each machine supports fully automated operation and can be tailored with custom configurations to accommodate a wide range of industrial applications.
6‑Station (6 Die 6 Blow) | 7‑Station (7 Die 7 Blow)
Forming Capability | Suitable for moderately complex parts | Suitable for highly complex or multi-step parts |

Cold forging parts are metal components that are formed through the process of cold forging, where metal is shaped at or near room temperature using high pressure. Unlike hot forging, no significant heating is applied to the material. These parts are produced by deforming metal blanks into desired shapes using dies and punches, without removing material.
Because the process involves compressive forces rather than cutting or melting, cold forging parts typically feature high dimensional accuracy, superior surface finish, and enhanced mechanical strength due to work hardening. Common examples include bolts, screws, nuts, rivets, and other fasteners or precision-engineered parts.
