Multi-station bolt former machines, also known as automatic multi-station cold bolt formers, are high-efficiency, automated forging machines widely used in the fastener manufacturing industry. These specialized machine tools utilize cold forging technology to produce a wide variety of fasteners such as bolts, screws, rivets, and nuts with high precision and consistency.
By integrating multiple forming stations—typically ranging from 2 to 6 or more—the machine performs sequential operations like cutting, heading, shaping, and slotting in a continuous, automated cycle. Each station corresponds to a specific forming step, enabling the production of complex bolt geometries without the need for secondary machining.
We have three‑station (3 Die 3 Blow) and four‑station (4 Die 4 Blow) cold heading machines for bolts. Both are designed for high-volume, high-precision bolt production, with the 4-station variant offering enhanced capabilities for more complex, longer, or heavier fasteners—all with automated control and adaptable configurations.
